What we have built
Our Work
Photographs of our own crews and our own installations. We keep client names and site addresses off this page on purpose — our customers' projects are their business to announce, not ours.
Switchgear, distribution and service
Service entrances, switchboards, distribution gear and pad-mounted equipment — from the utility's transformer through the main gear to the panel. Coordinating the service with the utility is usually the longest lead item on a commercial job, and it is the part we start first.

Underground and heavy civil
We own the equipment and run our own operators, which means the trench, the duct bank, the pad and the restoration are one schedule instead of four subcontractors pointing at each other. The KA licence covers the work in the public right-of-way.

Rough-in, buildout and finish
Tenant improvements and ground-up interiors: conduit on the deck, branch circuits, lighting, controls and device trim. The unglamorous middle of every job, and the part that decides whether the finish goes smoothly.

Site and area lighting
Parking lots, drive aisles and building exteriors — bases, poles, feeders, controls and photometrics. Maricopa County jurisdictions each have their own outdoor-lighting rules, and a fixture that passes in one city can fail plan review in the next.

Why there are no client names here
Plenty of contractors list their customers. We do not, and it is deliberate: a client's project, its timing and sometimes its very existence can be commercially sensitive, and it is not ours to publish. If you want references, ask — we will give you names and numbers of people who will actually take your call, with their permission, for work like yours.
Request a bid and ask for references at the same time.
