Four active Arizona Registrar of Contractors licences, held by Arizona Electrical Solutions, LLC. Every number below links to the ROC's own record — check them rather than taking our word for it.
Our Arizona ROC licences
An Arizona contractor's licence is issued by the state, not by a city, and is valid in all fifteen Arizona counties, Maricopa included. Cities do not issue a separate contractor competency licence on top of it; what stays local is permits, fees and inspections.

Why KA matters on a commercial site. CR-11 is capped under 600 volts and excludes the public right-of-way. The medium-voltage primary work, the duct banks and anything in the street ride on the KA licence — which is why we can take a project from the utility's transformer to the last device without handing a scope to somebody else.

Bonding and insurance
- Licence bonds are posted with the ROC for each classification, as Arizona requires.
- Commercial general liability, automobile and umbrella coverage is carried at limits normal for the size of work we take. A certificate naming your entity as additional insured is issued on request, usually the same day.
- Workers' compensation is carried on every employee. We self-perform, so the people on your site are ours and are covered by our policy.
- Performance and payment bonds are available for bonded public and private work. If your project requires a bond, tell us the amount and the obligee at bid time so the rate is in the number rather than a surprise afterwards.
Send insurance requirements with the bid documents and we will price to them. If your contract has an unusual requirement — a specific additional-insured endorsement form, a waiver of subrogation, a higher umbrella — it is far cheaper to find that out before the bid than after the award.
What we will not claim
A credentials page is only worth reading if it is honest about the edges, so:
- We do not hold a professional engineer's seal in-house. Where a project needs stamped drawings we coordinate a licensed Arizona PE, and we say which parts are ours and which are theirs. See electrical engineering.
- Our licences authorise work; they are not a substitute for the manufacturer certifications a specific product may require. Where a scope needs one, we will tell you whether we hold it or bring a certified partner.
- A third-party site called BuildZoom carries an out-of-date record for us that lists a cancelled licence, a wrong address and people who have never worked here. It contradicts the ROC registry. The registry is the record.

Can I verify your licences myself?
Please do. Go to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors contractor search and enter any of 329360, 312437, 276948 or 326401, or search the business name Arizona Electrical Solutions LLC. You will see the status, the classification and the qualifying party.
Are you licensed for work in the public right-of-way?
Yes, under ROC 312437 (KA, Dual Engineering). That classification covers heavy-civil and engineering construction including streets and utility lines. A CR-11 electrical licence alone does not cover right-of-way work, which is a distinction worth checking on any contractor you are considering for site or roadway lighting.
Do you carry workers' compensation on everyone on site?
On every employee, yes. We self-perform the electrical, the underground and the general construction, so most of the people on your project are our employees on our policy. Where we do use a subcontractor, we collect their certificates before they mobilise.
Can you be bonded for public work?
Yes. Tell us the bond amount and the obligee when you send the bid documents so the premium is inside the bid number. Bonding capacity is confirmed with our surety per project.
Will you name us as additional insured?
Yes, on request, usually the same day. Send the exact endorsement wording your contract requires — forms differ, and matching yours up front avoids a certificate being rejected during buyout.
