Ceiling Fans Phoenix

If you’re looking to add power to a new location for a ceiling fan, there are a few things to consider. Does my roof have attic space? If not, it is more than likely you’re going to need dry wall repair. We make the best attempt to make as few holes as possible during installation and fishing wire over a distance, if the building design allows.

You may need to install an expander-bar if no support is directly over the center of the room. We carry these on our trucks and are ready for any unforeseen circumstances. Just because you already have power in a location, doesn’t mean it will work the way you want it.

Most lighting is run using 14/2 Wire. 14/3 is required if your fan has a lighting kit with it and if you want to control both from a switch. You can get around this if you install a remote with the fan. The height of your ceiling will affect the cost of a fan install. Typically, we can give you a price over the phone.
